Third Trimester Renovation

Baby coming in three months? Why not renovate a full home! This home built in 2004 was already showing it's age, and just needed a full cosmetic renovation to bring it into it's full glory. The kitchen was reconfigured but no other walls were moved, which shows the impact all new materials can have on an aging house. This home was fully complete in 3 months, 1 day before baby came! And done on a tight budget to boot - not too shabby!
