It depends on the scope of the project, but it is typical for a large scale build or renovation to take 6 months to 1 year before we can provide the full design package to your contractor or builder.

As far as possible! We typically book design starts for large scale builds and renovations months in advance, so it's never too soon. If you are planning on starting your build or renovation in a year, right now is the time to get a hold of us!

First, fill our our Inquiry Form. We will then send you our Design Questionnaire and then book a Discovery Call to learn more about you and your project. From there, if we are a good fit for your project, we will sign a Design Agreement and schedule our Initial Consultation.

Well, it can, but what is the price of bad design to you? We are involved from blueprints to selections, electrical and plumbing plans to ensuring every single tile gets placed properly with elevation drawings. We are on site to catch the wrong counter being installed or a colour matched paint about to be applied that reads too yellow. We make sure that dining light is in the centre of your dining room table and the pot filler fits under your pots just right. What is all of that worth? We think a lot!

I'd like to think no, but sometimes we care so much about our client's homes that we expect perfection and want all that hard earned money they spent on their build or renovation to be worth it.
